• Build and strengthen relationships with existing, emerging, and strategic channel partners to drive engagement and long-term growth. • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while supporting partners to grow healthy sales pipelines. • Collaborate with reseller partners, vendor stakeholders, and internal teams to execute growth initiatives and achieve sales objectives. • Facilitate partner training, enablement programs, and accreditation opportunities to enhance partner capability and market readiness. • Support marketing campaigns, events, and demand-generation activities that create pipeline and increase market awareness. • Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor pipeline performance, and provide regular forecasting, reporting, and market insights.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years' experience in business development, sales, channel management, account management, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience within ICT, technology, cloud, software, cybersecurity, or distribution environments is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience working towards sales, revenue, or activity-based targets and achieving business growth outcomes.
- Strong communication, presentation, organisation, and time-management skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred; relevant vendor certifications are advantageous.
