• Prospectar y desarrollar oportunidades en sectores como Gambling y Apuestas, Servicios Financieros, Telecomunicaciones, Educación, Automotriz e Inmobiliario • Investigar y analizar prospectos, identificando necesidades, puntos de dolor y momentos clave de decisión • Presentar propuestas comerciales y liderar procesos de negociación y cierre con metodologías de venta consultiva • Gestionar el funnel comercial, asegurando el avance de oportunidades a través de cada etapa del pipeline • Elaborar y mantener planes de cuenta actualizados en el CRM • Construir y fortalecer relaciones con C-levels y stakeholders estratégicos en las industrias objetivo • Colaborar con Producto, Operaciones y Tecnología para asegurar soluciones alineadas a las necesidades del cliente • Monitorear indicadores de desempeño comercial y aportar insights de mercado para la toma de decisiones • Cumplir con los objetivos de adquisición, activación y expansión de clientes definidos para el país
Job Requirements
- +3 años de experiencia en ventas B2B en fintech, banca, SaaS o medios de pago
- Formación en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo o carreras afines
- Conocimiento del ecosistema financiero colombiano (adquirencia, pasarelas de pago, PSPs, conciliación o automatización)
- Dominio de metodologías consultivas de venta y habilidades avanzadas de negociación
- Inglés avanzado
- Deseable: diplomado en Ventas Consultivas B2B o KAM , y conocimientos básicos de APIs o integraciones tecnológicas
