Role Description We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to own high-volume outbound prospecting and follow-up for a fast-growing better-for-you snack brand with retail placement across 15 or more regional grocery chains. You will engage cold prospects, re-activate inactive accounts, support reorders and expansion from existing customers, and respond to inbound inquiries — all within a structured, metrics-driven outbound motion. This is a pure execution role. High activity, clear metrics, no fluff. You will be making calls and sending emails every day, hitting daily activity targets, and keeping Salesforce clean and current. If you have a confident phone presence, write sharp non-spammy cold emails, and want a clear playbook with clear expectations inside a growing consumer brand, this role is a strong fit. Qualifications - Prior experience in sales, outbound, inside sales, or lead generation - Fluent English across reading, writing, and speaking - Strong written communication skills - Confident, natural phone presence - Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM - Strong computer literacy - Fast typing and strong attention to detail - Self-disciplined and coachable Requirements - Available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time - Quiet, professional calling environment and reliable high-speed internet Benefits - You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) - Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy - Observance of Holidays per company guidelines - 100% remote setup What You'll Work On - Outbound Prospecting and Cold Outreach - Send high-volume outbound emails to cold prospects using automated outreach systems - Call cold prospects and warm leads daily - Write clear, concise, non-spammy cold emails - Handle objections and basic discovery conversations professionally - Account Follow-Up and Reactivation - Follow up consistently with inactive or stalled accounts - Call current customers for reorders, account expansion, and reactivation - Maintain a structured cadence across all active and dormant accounts - Inbound Response - Respond promptly to inbound calls and email inquiries - Qualify inbound leads and route or advance them appropriately - CRM and Activity Management - Log all call and email activity accurately in Salesforce - Maintain clean CRM data with clear next steps on every account - Hit daily activity targets and monthly pipeline creation goals consistently Nice to Have - Experience in CPG, food and beverage, retail, or consumer brand sales - Familiarity with grocery or regional retail distribution channels - Background in high-volume outbound sales with defined daily activity targets - Experience using sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo How to Apply Please include: - Your updated resume - A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself and describing your outbound sales or SDR experience Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
