Email Marketing Officer
LINC
• Responsible for implementing, maintaining and evaluating the company's email and printed mail marketing strategy while maintaining LINC’s brand and mission. • Work closely with LINC team to manage and build a marketing strategy for emails and printed mail. • Communicate with team to build relevant and engaging emails and printed newsletters • Design, create and schedule emails for newsletters, campaigns and events, End of Year Giving • Collaborate with CEO to ensure emails maintain brand image • Learn and utilize email features in our NeonCRM. • Work closely with Account Manager to ensure donors’ contact information and email audience labels are current prior to sending emails or mailed items • Keep address list updated for Printed Mail Only donors and communicate directly with third party printer • Develop and present email marketing reports to Board of Directors quarterly. Review engagements, clicks, donations, unsubscribed, etc. • Update Marketing Analytics document monthly with email analytics • Utilize Google Suite and NeonCRM to communicate with LINC team for strategic planning and scheduling of all marketing efforts

Role Description We are seeking a Dotdigital Email Marketing Specialist with overall 5–6 years of experience and at least 2 years of strong, hands-on expertise in Dotdigital. The role involves building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns, automation programs, omnichannel journeys, segmentation, and reporting for B2C & B2B brands.
