Role Description We are seeking a Dotdigital Email Marketing Specialist with overall 5–6 years of experience and at least 2 years of strong, hands-on expertise in Dotdigital. The role involves building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns, automation programs, omnichannel journeys, segmentation, and reporting for B2C & B2B brands. You will drive revenue through data-led email strategies and deep platform integrations. Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot is a plus, but Dotdigital expertise is mandatory. Key Responsibilities - Strategy & Planning - Build and optimize lifecycle journeys: welcome, retention, re-engagement, post-purchase, loyalty. - Create omnichannel strategies across Email, SMS, Web Push & WhatsApp. - Own the lifecycle roadmap for assigned brands. - Execution & Campaign Management - Build, test, and launch campaigns and automated flows. - Use dynamic personalization, segmentation, and scoring. - Maintain campaign calendars and run A/B tests. - Data, Segmentation & Integrations - Use Dotdigital’s RFM models, segment builder, and data syncing. - Work with integrations (Shopify/Magento/BigCommerce/CRM/APIs). - Maintain list hygiene and follow deliverability best practices. - Analytics & Optimization - Track performance: OR, CTR, CVR, revenue attribution, ROI. - Improve inbox placement & sender reputation. - Deliver performance insights and recommendations. - Collaboration & Leadership - Work with design, content, and development teams. - Mentor junior team members. - Participate in client calls and strategy reviews.
