Accounting Manager – M&A Integration, Special Projects

Stord

• Drive M&A integration execution — from Day 1 readiness through full integration of the acquired entity into Stord's systems, processes, and financial close. • Support pre-close integration planning as directed — beginning to map the acquired entity's systems, processes, and operational infrastructure. • Identify operational and financial process gaps in the acquired entity during integration; escalate accounting and GAAP compliance matters to the Director for resolution. • Manage Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) associated with each acquisition: track all services in scope, ensure invoices are received and remittances are made accurately and on time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA license preferred but not required; equivalent demonstrated experience in technical accounting will be considered.
