• Perform end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation (onboarding, vacation, termination, payroll, provisions, accounting) • Execute employee registration processes, payroll movements and entries • Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs established between the client and the company • Ensure all payroll processes comply with legislation and meet statutory deadlines • Participate in technical, operational, and process-improvement alignment meetings • Maintain controls, monitor and audit payroll processes • Execute submission and validation of recurring and non-recurring statutory filings: FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, eSocial, PERDCOMP, eConsignado • Prepare annual filings: DIRF and the Income Statement (Informe de Rendimentos) • Assist coordination with technical support and advisory to the internal team
Job Requirements
- Experience with the Domínio payroll system
- Practical experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of labor legislation (Brazilian labor laws)
- Advanced Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Knowledge of the LG (Nuvem) system
- Experience with BI tools
- Experience working in outsourcing/BPO/consulting firms
