Payroll Specialist

• Follow the payroll calendar timelines to prepare accurate inputs and validate new hire information. • Review and validate payroll outputs and ensure 100% accuracy. • Coordinate approvals with the payroll manager and manage vendor communications. • Complete trackers and manage timely statutory payments. • Manage year-end filings and support for tax forms. • Ensure timely updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Partner closely with HR to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of recent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in modern payroll systems, service desk tools, and MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Proven knowledge of Czechia and EMEA payroll (Czechia, Croatia, Poland, UK, Germany, France), labor laws, taxation, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a passion for numerical accuracy and data integrity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
