• You independently prepare the monthly payroll for our approx. 200 employees and, when required, process it in close collaboration with our external tax advisors / payroll partner(s). • You maintain, optimize and manage all payroll-relevant data in Personio (master data, working hours, absences, bonuses). • You support the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding (preparation of employment contracts, employment references/certificates, contract amendments, ticket handling). • You are the trusted point of contact for managers and employees on labor law, social security and tax matters and work closely with our Finance department. • You fully leverage Personio’s features to automate manual workflows and thereby ensure the scalability of the HR infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- A solid commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent degree) and at least 5 years of professional experience in People Operations / HR Administration with a clear focus on payroll.
- Experience working with Personio Payroll & SAP.
- Very good, proven practical knowledge of German labor, tax and social security law.
- As we operate in an international environment, fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are absolutely required.
- You are comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- An extremely structured, detail-oriented and absolutely reliable way of working comes naturally to you.
