Job Description
Senior Full Stack Engineer
ZERORISK
• The Senior Full Stack Engineer is an experienced individual contributor who owns the design and implementation of features end-to-end across the full stack. • This is a deep technical role built around producing high-quality, well-designed software, with a strong emphasis on sole ownership from outline design through to delivery. • The Senior Full Stack Engineer works closely with Technical Leads to ensure their designs and implementation align with department-wide engineering standards and practices, but they own the day-to-day decisions on their own work.
Job Requirements
- Produce outline designs for features and technical work, covering both front-end and back-end considerations, and see them through to implementation.
- Take full ownership of technical work from design through to delivery, including testing and deployment.
- Take on complex or ambiguous full-stack work, making sound design trade-offs across the stack (UI, API, data, infrastructure).
- Apply strong code generation practices: understanding where and how generated code (scaffolding, boilerplate, AI-assisted code generation from schemas/specs) fits appropriately into the codebase, and ensuring generated code is reviewed and maintained to the same standard as hand-written code.
- Provide thorough, constructive reviews that uphold department standards.
Benefits
- Work confidently across the stack: Java-based back-end services, Angular front-end applications, AWS infrastructure, and MySQL databases.
- Write high-quality, well-tested, well-documented code across all layers of the stack.
- Consider performance, security, and maintainability across the full path from database to UI.
- Build and maintain automated code testing across the stack (unit, integration, and end-to-end as appropriate).
- Performance and load testing knowledge is advantageous, and welcomed where it can be applied to harden critical paths.
- Partner with Technical Leads to ensure designs and implementation follow good practice and align with department engineering standards (branching model, code review, testing strategy, documentation).
- Seek review and input from Technical Leads on designs, particularly where decisions have cross-team or long-lasting impact.
- Raise technical risks and trade-offs early and clearly, proposing options rather than just flagging problems.
- Participate fully in the code review process, both giving and receiving reviews.
- Provide thorough, constructive reviews that uphold department standards.
- Offer informal technical guidance and support to peers where appropriate: sharing knowledge and helping unblock others.
- Lead by example in code quality, testing, and documentation practices.
- Provide accurate technical input into estimation and backlog refinement for their own work.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and risks proactively.
- Own your work end-to-end. From outline design through to implementation, testing, and delivery. You are accountable for the full lifecycle of what you build.

GTM Engineer, AI & Automation
ClickHouseClickHouse is an open-source, column-oriented OLAP database management system.
Role Description We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build the AI and automation that make ClickHouse's go-to-market motion faster, smarter, and more scalable. This is a builder role. You will design, build, and ship the systems, agents, and workflows that take manual work off the team and put usage and customer signals to work across the lifecycle. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will work directly with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, and RevOps to find the highest-value opportunities and turn them into working systems. This is an individual contributor role for someone who wants to build, own what they ship, and set the standard for how AI shows up in our go-to-market. - Design, build, and ship AI and automation across the GTM motion: prospecting and enrichment, lead routing and activation, outbound and follow-up, deal and technical sales support, and expansion and retention signals. - Build agents and workflows that run reliably at scale and take repetitive work off Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing. - Instrument the customer lifecycle. Connect the GTM systems and data so usage and telemetry signals flow to the right place and trigger the right action automatically. - Partner with the field to find where AI and automation create real gains, and turn those opportunities into systems people actually use. - Own what you build end-to-end. Design it, deploy it, measure whether it moves a real number, and keep improving it. Stand up evals and monitoring so AI output stays reliable in production. - Set the standards and guardrails for AI in GTM: data quality, prompt and eval discipline, human review where it matters, and controls that keep automated actions safe. - Track the AI and automation tooling landscape and bring the best of it into how ClickHouse goes to market. Qualifications - 5+ years building automation and tooling in a GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering context, with systems you have shipped and run in production. - Production experience with the GTM stack: Salesforce as the system of record, Gong and Gong Engage for conversation intelligence and sequencing, and the engineering layer beneath them: Vercel, Clay, n8n, enrichment providers, and both transactional and analytical databases (Postgres and ClickHouse). - Hands-on development in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript. - Fluency with modern AI tooling: LLM APIs, agent and orchestration frameworks, prompting, evals, and retrieval with embeddings and vector search. - Strong data-activation skills: SQL, APIs, and integrations, transformation with dbt, and moving warehouse data into the GTM stack and back. - A builder who ships. You are comfortable owning something from idea to working system, and you measure it by whether it runs reliably and moves a real number. - Owner-operator mindset. You treat what you build as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you keep making it better. - Judgment about where AI and automation help and where they create risk. - Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based business models is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable partnering across the field and explaining what your systems do and why. - Bachelor's degree in engineering required. A master's degree is a plus. Requirements - The typical starting salary for this role in the US is $145,000 — $195,000 USD. - The typical starting salary for this role in US Premium Markets is $165,000 — $225,000 USD. - Compensation may vary based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. - If you have any questions or comments about compensation as a candidate, please get in touch with us at paytransparency@clickhouse.com. Benefits - Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. - Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare. - Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options. - Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries. - A $500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee. - Global Gatherings – Opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites. - Culture - You will be instrumental in shaping our culture.
• Own full-cycle hiring across Data/ML, Platform, and occasional leadership hires and support Product Engineering roles. • Partner directly with senior technical and company leadership to define hiring plans, challenge briefs (scope, leveling, expectations), and operationalize them end-to-end. • Implement and maintain structured interview processes, scorecards, and calibration loops. • Ensure signal quality and conversions remain high as hiring volume increases. • Run high-quality screening that meaningfully predicts success before HM interviews. • Map talent across the Americas and Europe, building forward-looking pipelines. • Engage passive candidates with clear, tailored messaging — not generic outreach • Bring market insight (talent availability, compensation, competition) into decision-making. • Document and improve recruiting workflows, templates, and playbooks. • Contribute to broader Talent initiatives (interviewer training, quality of hire, process excellence).
