• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites and Assets) • Build scalable, reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services • Develop custom Sling Models, OSGi services, and HTL (Sightly) components • Configure and maintain AEM Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments • Integrate AEM with enterprise systems and third-party platforms via REST APIs and web services • Collaborate with UX, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC • Participate in code reviews, production support, performance optimization, and technical mentoring • Ensure adherence to development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of overall software development experience
- 7+ years of hands-on AEM development experience
- Strong expertise with AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), Servlets, and REST APIs
- Experience building reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and AEM Assets
- Hands-on experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive UI development
- Experience with CI/CD tooling: Maven, Git, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in a marketing services or agency environment with cross-functional collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in client-facing settings
- Current legal right to work in the US (employer sponsorship not available for this role beyond H1B transfer).

This position is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and supervision of offshore vendor partners providing contact center support. The role requires a strong understanding of contact center operations, member eligibility, benefits, coverage, and related policies and procedures, along with experience managing offshore vendor relationships. The position is accountable for ensuring provider inquiries are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with established policies, procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and performance metrics.
