Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing templates and components in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x.
- Strong understanding of AEM Forms, Sling, OSGi, Java Content Repository (JCR), and Dispatcher architecture.
- Experience developing with Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with modern front-end development frameworks.
- Experience using collaboration and development tools such as Jira, Subversion (SVN), and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Role Description Imagine360 is seeking an Offshore Provider Relations Supervisor to join the team! This position is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and supervision of offshore vendor partners providing contact center support. The role requires a strong understanding of contact center operations, member eligibility, benefits, coverage, and related policies and procedures, along with experience managing offshore vendor relationships. The position is accountable for ensuring provider inquiries are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with established policies, procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and performance metrics. Qualifications - Experience in Provider and/or Contact Center. - Minimum 3 years' experience in health insurance industry. - Demonstrated experience in Offshore vendor relations. - Working knowledge of computers and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office products. - Familiarity with contact center software/tools (Nice InContact, IVR, etc.). Requirements - Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. - Experience with Philippines/Southeast Asia Contact Centers a plus. In this role, you will: - Own the details that keep labor relations on track by maintaining accurate CBA records and making sure key commitments are never missed. - Support high-stakes bargaining and grievance work that shapes strong, lasting union partnerships. - Coordinate new openings, remodels, and transitions so people-related work runs smoothly from start to finish. - Partner across People, Legal, Payroll, Operations, and field leadership to remove barriers and keep projects moving. - Bring order to complex, sensitive work through strong organization, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through. Requirements - Maintain a complete, current inventory of all collective bargaining agreements, including amendments, side letters, wage schedules, benefit provisions, and key dates. - Track negotiated CBA changes, implementation dates, notice requirements, wage increases, and other agreement-specific obligations. - Build and maintain CBA trackers that identify required actions, responsible teams, due dates, and follow-up needed. - Escalate gaps, missed deadlines, or unclear ownership to the right Labor Relations, People, Legal, or business leader. - Prepare bargaining support materials such as CBA summaries, issue logs, comparison documents, and proposal trackers. - Support new unit openings, remodels, transitions, and acquisitions with organized, timely coordination. - Maintain opening and transition trackers that capture activities, owners, timelines, status, and open items. - Participate in project calls, opening readiness meetings, and post-opening follow-up to keep people-related work on track. - Organize labor relations documentation to stay accurate, accessible, and compliant with Company confidentiality standards.
