Insurance Follow-Up Specialist – Denials

Aspirion

• Contact insurance companies for status of claim and appeal submissions, moving accounts through the insurance carriers’ claim processing system • Check client systems and payer portals for status when feasible • Assist with special client projects

Role Description L'agent.e est placé.e sous l'autorité du chef du guichet unique (2e niveau) et de son adjoint (1er niveau). Par ailleurs, il/elle participe au contrôle du respect des règles relatives à la composition des équipages. Qualifications - Une expérience en service d'administration centrale ou déconcentré des affaires maritimes est souhaitée. - Savoir-faire dans les domaines navigation professionnelle et gens de mer. - Maîtrise des applications métiers : NAVPRO, ADMINISTRES, PDA gestion, ASTERIE, GINA. - Maîtrise des outils bureautique et informatique du ministère et de la charte bureautique des écrits administratifs. - Faire preuve de polyvalence et de disponibilité horaire lors des pics d'activité. - Savoir anticiper et respecter les délais. - Niveau d'anglais professionnel serait un plus pour le poste. - Savoir accueillir, écouter et communiquer avec différents types de public. - Aptitude au travail en équipe. Requirements Les compétences propres au poste sont acquises par du tutorat et des mises en situation. D'autres compétences peuvent être acquises par le biais de formations de l'École du Service Public de la Mer (ESPMER).
