• Vertrags- und Vorgangsbearbeitung (Angebot, Antrag, Prüfung, Policierung) im Innendienst für die Cyber-Versicherung – von A bis Z, effizient und serviceorientiert. • Schnittstellenarbeit mit Underwriting, Betriebsorganisation und IT: Du unterstützt dabei, Standards und Guidelines im Cyber-Umfeld im Alltag lebbar zu machen. • Pflege und Steuerung der Vorgänge in unserem Angebotsprogramm und Bestandssystem; Mitwirkung an klaren, sauberen Dokumenten und Templates. • Du arbeitest eng am Produkt „Markel Pro Cyber“ mit (Dokumentenpflege, kleinere Updates, Abstimmung mit Kolleg:innen). • Du bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für Makler, Vertrieb und interne Teams. • Du lebst unsere Fehlerkultur aktiv – wir lernen schnell und verbessern uns kontinuierlich.

Job Requirements

  • Ausbildung Kauffrau (m/w/d) für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Cyber-Versicherung.
  • Sorgfalt, analytisches Denken und Freude an strukturierten Prozessen.
  • Routine mit Office-Tools (v. a. Excel/Word) sowie Lust, dich in neue Systeme (z. B. MarkelNow/Winsure) einzuarbeiten.
  • Teamplayer-Mentalität, klare Kommunikation und hohe Serviceorientierung gegenüber Maklern und internen Stakeholdern.
  • Professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch.
