• Develop and maintain the Ziti Desktop Edge for Windows tunneler • Build and enhance XAML-based user interfaces for the Windows tunneler application • Maintain native Windows DLLs to handle P/Invoke interop • Debug and optimize Windows networking code • Work with build systems (Visual Studio, CMake, vcpkg) • Contribute to open source projects with public code review • Write integration tests and documentation • Support customer implementations and troubleshoot issues

• Manage day-to-day technical aspects of software maintenance across two large SFDC instances • Lead Salesforce Ecosystem Support “Pod” for production issues and ticket triage • Contribute to complex Salesforce issues in development process • Design and build Salesforce solutions integrating with various Salesforce clouds • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools • Mentor junior development team members • Develop Salesforce solutions from configuration to customization

• Generate complex reports and dashboards to track KPIs and metrics related to LTSS & Dual Program reporting impacting patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance; utilizing statistical methods and machine learning techniques to identify trends, forecast future outcomes, and drive actionable insights • Design and develop dynamic, user-friendly dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for stakeholders at various levels of the organization. • Continuously enhance and update dashboards to ensure data relevance, accuracy, and timeliness • Analyze and evaluate current operations processes to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, Case manager effectiveness and improved patient experience • Recommend strategies for improving operational efficiency and implementing changes to workflows in alignment with business objectives • Ensure high levels of data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and completeness through effective data governance practices • Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data is sourced and integrated from multiple systems with high reliability • Develop LTSS & Dual Program reporting solutions that are scalable and include efficient database solutions for supporting reporting functionality • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to better understand data needs • Create ETL solutions for automated, scheduled data refreshes and regular report delivery • Develop and deploy Power BI dashboards which provide leadership with actionable insights that drive critical business decisions • Transform data sets and quantitative and qualitative analysis into usable and effective data for department leaders to make informed business decisions • Build complex analytic tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights and other key business performance metrics, historical trends or benchmarks • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery • Perform complex analysis on data to provide insight and address critical business questions • Transform data analysis and present findings in a consumable, appealing, and impactful executive level format • Create cohesive, cross-functional strategic plans for developing complex data solutions • Gather and analyze data, define and document business requirements, recommend technology requirements, review functional specs, and test relevant systems • Develop, document and perform testing and validation as needed • Conduct examination, testing activities, and explanation of complex data relationships to answer questions identified by the business/department • Create, implement and enforce coding standards for the team • Lead and participate in complex, large-effort data transformation and visualization projects which require cross functional coordination and collaboration across teams • Performs any other job related duties as requested.

• Provide advanced support of cost-effective Research information technology solutions by updating, modifying, and supporting existing myIRB (Java, Struts, Hibernate, Oracle) software application • Work closely with the Human Research Protection Office (HRPO) • Undertake complex projects requiring specialized technical knowledge and innovative thinking • Conduct workflow study and analysis of business practices • Analyze and document existing processes as they relate to information technology solutions • Perform application lifecycle activities, including: Code, monitor, maintain, test and debug software applications; follows established change management processes; facilitates code reviews and enforces code standards; develops and executes test plan development; researches and evaluates new technology, products, specialized hardware and tools to optimize development and functionality of applications; makes recommendations to management and customers • Assist in ensuring team members complete tasks as assigned, taking corrective action to stay on schedule • Provide support for complex operational activities and recoveries • Coordinate with software vendors and external service providers • Troubleshoot escalated software bugs and provide fixes • Provide off-hours support, as needed • Provide strong leadership, cultivate and foster excellent customer service; enforce adherence to departmental standards; instruct, train and guide less experienced staff • Perform other duties as assigned
