• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to build pipeline, referrals, and exponential revenue growth • Outbound campaigns and event attendance to build pipeline by focusing on getting first meeting discovery calls to uncover core use cases and pain • Drive assigned leads provided through the NetFoundry’s lead generation efforts to find and manage identified deals through the sales process until winning the opportunity • Attend strategic industry conferences and events to build new leads • Design, implement, and manage strategic account plans both land and expand new logo wins and longer-term growth • Propose and quarterback POCs and solution pilots that move sales cycles toward final contracts • Generate, manage and forecast a measurable pipeline of multi-million dollar sales opportunities • Lead the sales process from discovery to closure on complex solution sales’ leveraging key resources at strategic points in the process
• Accelerate adoption of our zero trust overlay network platform among developers, partners, and technical buyers • Write code (Go, Java, C/C++, JavaScript), build tutorials, and reference architectures • Build and maintain demo environments showcasing real-world use cases • Develop substantial technical tutorials or reference architectures • Participate in podcasts, webinars, and technical interviews • Create compelling analogies that make complex networking accessible • Advocate for developer needs with the product team
• Own and execute NetFoundry’s global digital marketing strategy • Build, manage, and optimize demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and account-based marketing (ABM) platforms • Manage website performance, conversion optimization, SEO, and landing page strategy • Develop and execute multi-channel nurture and digital campaign programs aligned with buyer journeys • Analyze performance metrics and optimize programs to maximize pipeline generation and ROI • Partner with sales to align digital initiatives with pipeline goals and account targeting • Manage marketing automation execution and reporting (email campaigns, nurture streams, lead scoring, etc.) • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and partners to create high-impact digital experiences • Evaluate and manage external vendors and digital agencies as needed • Continuously test new channels, messaging, and optimization strategies
• Build and own the core systems, processes, and data that support how NetFoundry generates revenue • Drive forecasting accuracy and predictability, strategic growth planning, and the delivery of metrics and dashboards • Make sure our funnel, pipeline, and revenue reporting are accurate enough to run the business" • Manage forecasting process, assist with funnel review meetings, and oversee strategic account plans from the sales team • Provide sales process oversight, including sales playbook input, and ensuring the team is trained and meeting objectives • Assist the CRO to set goals, quotas and deliver Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) • Assist with the lead gen process, including managing and enhancing workflows for lead scoring, routing, qualification, renewals, and expansion • Work with the CRO and CMO to plan and deliver QBRs and SKOs • Oversee the end-to-end revenue lifecycle from first touch through renewal • Continually review and enhance the sales process, including funnel stages, SLAs, and exit criteria • Build dashboards and reports that give leadership confidence in pipeline and revenue • Own attribution logic and metric definitions • Partner with Sales leadership on forecasting, pipeline coverage, and deal hygiene • Enable GTM teams with onboarding, training, and ongoing oversight and feedback
• Develop and maintain the Ziti Desktop Edge for Windows tunneler • Build and enhance XAML-based user interfaces for the Windows tunneler application • Maintain native Windows DLLs to handle P/Invoke interop • Debug and optimize Windows networking code • Work with build systems (Visual Studio, CMake, vcpkg) • Contribute to open source projects with public code review • Write integration tests and documentation • Support customer implementations and troubleshoot issues
