• Define and execute Kaseya’s unified Data, API and AI strategy. • Build a centralized customer data and telemetry platform • Enable cross-product insights and intelligent automation • Embed AI and ML into core workflows • Power personalization and predictive capabilities at scale • Turn data into competitive differentiation • Architect and scale distributed data systems that support high availability, fault tolerance, security and cost efficiency across cloud-native environments. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Sales and Marketing to ensure the platform becomes a true force multiplier for the business.

Job Requirements

  • 15 plus years of experience building distributed data systems, APIs and AI platforms
  • Director-level leadership experience building and scaling global engineering teams
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Strong background in data engineering, telemetry pipelines and applied AI
  • Experience scaling platforms in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into technical execution
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership presence

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative RPA Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop to join our BI team. This role will focus on identifying automation opportunities, designing robust RPA workflows, and deploying solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy across the organization. Experience automating Finance-related processes is highly desired. - Collaborate with business units—especially Finance—to gather automation requirements and identify opportunities to streamline recurring manual tasks. - Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop, particularly within Finance operations. - Create reusable components and standardize RPA design patterns for scalability and maintenance. - Monitor and maintain RPA solutions post-deployment, addressing exceptions and making enhancements as needed. - Document process flows, technical design, and user guides for deployed automations. - Integrate Power Automate Desktop with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Dataverse) and third-party systems. - Provide training and support to citizen developers and internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure governance, data protection, and compliance with automation standards.
