• Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to architectural decisions • Drive new features from idea to production in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders • Deliver tested, optimized code for a distributed container-based architecture • Maintain and improve software quality and reliability • Resolve production issues and implement long-term improvements • Continuously enhance the stability and scalability of the production environment

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the iCIMS platform to meet business requirements. • Build and maintain integrations between iCIMS and other HR systems, such as payroll, benefits, and performance management platforms. • Customize workflows, forms, and templates within iCIMS to optimize user experience. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR teams and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the iCIMS platform, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operations. • Stay updated with iCIMS product updates, new features, and best practices. • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members. • Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and integrations.

• Support the sales/business development team with day-to-day tasks • Research and build lists of potential client companies (tech sector) • Help update and maintain CRM records and sales pipelines • Assist with outreach preparation (emails/messages, follow-ups, scheduling support) • Prepare simple summaries/notes after calls and meetings (if needed)

• Assist with candidate research and sourcing (LinkedIn and other platforms) • Support outreach messages and follow-ups • Help maintain accurate candidate data in internal systems • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
