• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the iCIMS platform to meet business requirements. • Build and maintain integrations between iCIMS and other HR systems, such as payroll, benefits, and performance management platforms. • Customize workflows, forms, and templates within iCIMS to optimize user experience. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR teams and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the iCIMS platform, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operations. • Stay updated with iCIMS product updates, new features, and best practices. • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members. • Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a developer with the iCIMS platform.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and integrating third-party systems with iCIMS.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for integrations, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of iCIMS architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
