Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer and Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft Power Platform, with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, low-code/no-code solutions that enhance productivity and drive automation across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). - Create automated workflows and process automation using Power Automate. - Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI for real-time data insights. - Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs. - Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand and document business needs. - Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring performance and scalability. - Promote Power Platform governance by adhering to best practices and maintaining documentation. - Work in an Agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
