• Build, manage and scale strategic B2B partnerships across the DACH region and international markets • Identify, approach and onboard new partners—from initial outreach to signed agreements and long-term collaboration • Own the entire partnership lifecycle, including negotiations, onboarding, briefing creation, approval processes and ongoing relationship management • Evaluate potential partners based on brand fit, audience alignment, content quality and key performance metrics • Develop and execute innovative partnership concepts and campaigns, with a strong focus on B2B partnerships next to revenue share partnerships with influencers • Analyze partnership and campaign performance, derive actionable insights and continuously optimize existing and future initiatives • Drive the development of scalable processes within the partnerships team, leveraging automation and workflow optimization • Manage all operational aspects of partnerships, including invoicing, documentation and contract management • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects • Represent the company and network at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities • Occasionally support influencer events and creator activations, depending on team needs and priorities

• Design and ship the internal tools, automations and platforms that remove bottlenecks across Yazio, owning the full stack from web apps to distributed, async job processing systems • Drive discovery with internal stakeholders, marketing, localization, user success and others, to uncover their biggest bottlenecks and ship tailored solutions that eliminate manual work • Build and scale our AI driven systems, such as our Creative Automation System (automated creative uploads and ad creation) and Content Generation System (production grade AI translations), bringing the latest AI capabilities, LLMs, RAG and agents, into production • Apply cutting edge AI to how you work, using agentic coding and AI assistants to build and ship fast while maintaining a high bar for quality and safety • Make key technical decisions and design robust, distributed and maintainable architectures, including queuing, asynchronous processing and the reliability our automations depend on • Own your work end to end, from scoping and stakeholder alignment through delivery, measurement and iteration, anticipating downstream effects and removing roadblocks proactively • Raise the bar for the team, mentor others in software design and process automation, document clearly and help shape how Yazio adopts new AI technology

• Build, own and drive the monthly close end-to-end, ensuring fast, accurate and well-coordinated financial reporting with Accounting and key stakeholders • Review and sign off on accruals, cut-off entries, reconciliations and reporting packages for Management and FP&A • Act as the primary go-to for technical accounting questions, supporting new business models, contracts and complex accounting treatments • Develop and maintain technical accounting documentation and position papers (for example, revenue recognition, capitalization, leases and other complex topics) • Manage and coordinate external partners including accountants, tax advisors and auditors, ensuring strong documentation quality and smooth collaboration • Continuously strengthen internal controls by spotting anomalies, following up on open items and improving control effectiveness over time • Drive process and system improvements to reduce manual effort, increase close efficiency and build scalable, well-documented workflows • Use AI tools to support analysis, variance explanations, audit preparation and accounting research—while ensuring full critical review and accountability for outputs • Build a modern, scalable finance function through automation, standardization and continuous improvement

• Act as a strategic finance partner to business leads, translating complex financial questions into clear insights, decision-ready models and actionable recommendations • Lead the annual budget cycle, driving the end-to-end planning, alignment and consolidation of financial budgets across the organization • Build and own ad hoc financial models to support key business decisions such as headcount planning, business cases, pricing and cost optimisation • Own and continuously maintain rolling forecasts, incorporating actuals and evolving assumptions to ensure a reliable, forward-looking financial view • Prepare monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and leadership commentary, leveraging AI tools to accelerate first drafts while ensuring high accuracy and quality • Drive the continuous evolution of FP&A processes, dashboards and tooling with a strong focus on automation and reducing manual spreadsheet work • Shape and scale a modern, high-impact FP&A function in close alignment with financial stakeholders

• Design mobile experiences across paywalls, subscription flows and upsells • Turn ideas into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to bring ideas to life • Learn from user research, usability tests and experiment results • Improve designs through feedback, iteration and data-informed decisions • Explore AI-powered tools for ideation, prototyping and research • Prepare developer handoffs and support design quality before release • Contribute to our design system and Design Guild initiatives • Gradually take ownership of design challenges as your confidence and skills grow

• Own Features End-to-End. You take ideas from a technical design to a polished, deployed feature. You are responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, ensuring high quality, and monitoring the impact of your work in production. • Lead Migration to KMP: You assess, document and plan the migration of our complex domain from iOS/Android platform code to KMP-first code—while continuing to ship features to our users. • Integrate AI Features: Together with the backend team, you bring scaleable AI-powered features to the app and evaluate best practices to ensure a great user experience. • Partner with Product and Design. You won't just be handed tickets. You are a key contributor to the *why* and *what* by assessing new technical areas, weighing trade-offs, and helping shape a roadmap that is both ambitious and achievable. • Elevate the Team. You act as a mentor for other engineers, leading by example with thoughtful code reviews and improving team processes without being asked.

• Drive the expansion of the UK market through influencer marketing, building a strong brand presence from the ground up • Own end-to-end influencer partnerships: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, briefing and relationship management • Identify and engage new partners, and evaluate brand fit based on content, audience and KPIs • Analyze campaign performance, derive insights and continuously optimize partnerships • Develop and scale processes for the partnerships function, including automation and workflow improvements • Conceptualize and execute creative, high-impact influencer campaigns • Represent the brand at influencer events, industry gatherings and conferences • Manage external agencies and oversee operational topics (contracts, invoicing, documentation) • Focus mainly on influencer partnerships, with occasional involvement in B2B/brand collaborations

• Work alongside our Web Squad to improve the user experience across our website and landing pages. • Build a deep understanding of how users interact with our web platform - from acquisition to conversion - by building funnels and analyzing drop-off points. • Identify opportunities to improve the performance of our web experience through data-driven insights. • Design and support experiments that help us learn faster and make better product decisions. • Help us to take YAZIO to the next level!

• Own reliability, scalability and cost discipline of ingestion and transformation systems • Design and deliver infrastructure for real-time/near-real-time feature computation • Define and enforce SLAs/SLOs, monitoring and incident practices • Set architecture standards and prevent reactive migrations through foresight and trade-offs • Translate platform work into measurable OKRs that deliver product impact • Partner closely with Analytics to define clear ownership boundaries • Lead and grow a small, ambitious team while raising technical standards • Be hands-on where it matters: RFCs, architecture reviews, incident response and mentoring.
