Role Description Será responsável por planejar, coordenar e executar projetos SAP, garantindo que sejam concluídos dentro dos prazos, escopo e orçamento definidos. Irá atuar na gestão de projetos de implementação, transformação digital, migração para SAP S/4HANA e rollouts, servindo como principal contato entre clientes, equipes de projeto e liderança executiva. O profissional deverá assegurar a entrega dos projetos conforme padrões de qualidade, prazo, escopo e orçamento, promovendo excelência operacional, satisfação dos clientes e geração de valor para o negócio. - Planejar, coordenar e gerenciar projetos SAP de ponta a ponta, desde a iniciação até o encerramento - Liderar projetos de implementação SAP Greenfield, incluindo desenho de processos, configuração, testes e Go-Live - Conduzir projetos de conversão SAP S/4HANA Brownfield, garantindo a continuidade operacional e mitigação de riscos - Atuar em projetos Bluefield (Selective Data Transition), quando aplicável - Gerenciar projetos de rollout nacional e internacional, upgrades, melhorias evolutivas e outros - Elaborar e acompanhar cronogramas, orçamento, escopo, qualidade, riscos e indicadores de desempenho - Conduzir reuniões executivas e operacionais com clientes, patrocinadores e stakeholders - Liderar equipes multidisciplinares compostas por consultores funcionais, ABAP, BASIS, Integração, Segurança e demais especialistas SAP - Garantir a aplicação das metodologias SAP Activate, PMBOK, Agile e melhores práticas de governança - Gerenciar riscos, mudanças, dependências e impedimentos dos projetos - Promover alinhamento entre áreas de negócio e tecnologia - Elaborar apresentações executivas, dashboards e relatórios gerenciais para clientes e diretoria - Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos, metodologias e práticas de gestão de projetos. Role Description As a Custom Jewelry Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our one-on-one, specialized, and custom design experience and service. You'll work with customers from initial request all the way to a fully designed one-of-a-kind piece, coordinating with our designers, gem experts, and production specialists to help design and create their dream ring.
