Role Description We are looking for a VoIP Network Engineer with Quality Assurance Experience to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong systems engineering and software development background to perform functional testing and to execute testing practices. Additionally, the candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, analytical, and research-oriented. Job Duties and Responsibilities - Test current products and identifying deficiencies - Suggest solutions to identified product problems - Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction - Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy - Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution - Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement - Oversee continuous improvement projects - Collect quality data - Identify key KPIs for product quality - Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer - 2+ years of experience on Voice over IP applications - 2+ years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Backend Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other - 1+ years of experience with coding using JAVA, Javascript, HTML5, CouchDB, Erlang - 2+ years of experience with software QA tools and processes - A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Team player - Good time-management skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills Requirements - Nice to also have - Experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum development style - Knowledge of one or more server-side programming languages - Knowledge of VoIP platforms and their features - Linux system administration experience Benefits - Biweekly payments, free of deductions from our end - Long-term work relationship perspective - Fully remote job, 40 hours per week, with 2 days off - Paid vacation time and recognition of US holidays - Collaborative and inclusive work environment

Role Description We are seeking a Program Quality Specialist to work with educators and/or programs funded by sponsors of education-related programs and research committed to promoting positive learning and educational experiences for children. - Provide virtual and/or in-person support to identified schools, programs, and/or classrooms. - Facilitate the progress of educational programs. - Apply specializations based on specific expertise and experience, i.e. specific types of educational programs, coaching & mentoring, preassessments. - Collaborate with identified partners to improve required processes and effective use of supports and resources. - Work with external contacts, e.g., early childhood experts, specific education community to identify new or revise current supports and resources. - Use evidence-based knowledge to make independent decisions regarding educational programs. - Identify and provide necessary coaching and support to schools, programs, and/or classrooms.
