Program Manager

• Plan, execute, and finalize a development program according to strict deadlines and within budget • Work collaboratively with project teams to determine critical milestones and deliverables on programs • Liaison with project managers to build relationships vital to the success of the project • Direct, develop and manage Program/Project Development from beginning to end • Develop and manage budget for projects and accountability for delivering against established business goals/objectives • Conduct project assessments and generate recommendations report

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 10+ years' experience in Project or Program Management Software, IT or similar experience
  • 6+ years of experience in management role, preferably in program management
  • 6+ years' experience in continuous improvement, process management, or customer service
  • Exceptional knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
