Role Description The Event Program Manager will manage corporate events and execution across trade shows, conferences, and internal events at UKG. The position requires managing comprehensive event lifecycles, from planning through post-event analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on marketing, content, and vendor relationships. - Manage the execution of corporate events to amplify our brand story and image at trade shows, internal events, user conferences, and brand activations. - Manage event strategy and execution from conception to completion, including planning, venue selection, lead management, and on-site delivery. - Manage event goals and budgets while tracking ROI, engagement metrics, and feedback to drive continuous improvement. - Build and manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including contract negotiation to secure optimal terms. - Partner with cross-functional internal teams to create targeted event agendas, campaigns, and content that meet engagement objectives. - Develop and deliver event enablement, including pre-event briefings, on-site guidance, post-event follow-up, and retrospective analyses. - Solicit speaking sessions for all relevant corporate conferences and industry trade shows. Qualifications - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in high-growth organizations. - Demonstrated expertise managing large-scale owned and sponsored programs. - Proficiency in event management platforms and registration systems. - Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time. • Management of complex international technology transfer and MSAT projects • Responsible for the technical implementation of product and process transfers • Ensuring compliance with international GMP and regulatory requirements • Conducting technical assessments at external manufacturing partners and production sites • Preparation, review and approval of technical documentation within a GMP environment • Development and continuous improvement of SOPs, risk analyses and validation documentation • Technical point of contact for complex pharmaceutical questions and manufacturing processes • Managing technical evaluations as part of new product and transfer projects • Close collaboration with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Production and external partners • Coordination of cross-functional projects with international stakeholders • Analysis of technical challenges and development of sustainable solutions • Ensuring timely delivery of challenging project objectives

• Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers and manage all aspects of program delivery • Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance baselines • Lead integrated project teams including subcontractors, functional leads, and staff across multiple locations • Ensure compliance with contract terms, FAR/DFAR regulations, and applicable government standards • Prepare and present program status reports, EVM data, and executive briefings to government and corporate leadership • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and drive resolution of issues affecting cost, schedule, or performance • Support business development activities including proposals, re-competes, and contract modifications

• The Director of Program Management serves as a driver of strategic priorities to the CEO and Leadership Team, combining executive advisory responsibilities with program management leadership. • This role translates leadership vision/priorities into execution, drives enterprise initiatives, identifies barriers and ensures alignment across leadership, operations, clinical, finance, product and technology leaders and functions. • Partner with CEO, CFO and Head of Product to define and operationalize strategic priorities. • Design & implement a system to track key initiatives, milestones, and KPIs, create clarity and ensure accountability across leadership. • Drive cross-functional programs (growth, clinical operations, tech, and finance). • Serve as trusted thought partner to CEO and executive team. • Prepare board, investor, and executive meeting agendas and other materials as requested. • Conduct analysis to inform critical strategic decisions. • Identify & communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and dependencies. • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements. • Standardize project management frameworks and reporting. • Drive organizational discipline and follow-through. • Reduce friction and remove barriers to execution of leadership vision/priorities. • Ensure consistent messaging across departments and alignment on priorities. • Facilitate leadership meetings and action tracking. • Provide structured updates on key initiatives. • Coordinate board materials and executive updates. • Represent CEO in meetings when appropriate.
