• The Director of Program Management serves as a driver of strategic priorities to the CEO and Leadership Team, combining executive advisory responsibilities with program management leadership. • This role translates leadership vision/priorities into execution, drives enterprise initiatives, identifies barriers and ensures alignment across leadership, operations, clinical, finance, product and technology leaders and functions. • Partner with CEO, CFO and Head of Product to define and operationalize strategic priorities. • Design & implement a system to track key initiatives, milestones, and KPIs, create clarity and ensure accountability across leadership. • Drive cross-functional programs (growth, clinical operations, tech, and finance). • Serve as trusted thought partner to CEO and executive team. • Prepare board, investor, and executive meeting agendas and other materials as requested. • Conduct analysis to inform critical strategic decisions. • Identify & communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and dependencies. • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements. • Standardize project management frameworks and reporting. • Drive organizational discipline and follow-through. • Reduce friction and remove barriers to execution of leadership vision/priorities. • Ensure consistent messaging across departments and alignment on priorities. • Facilitate leadership meetings and action tracking. • Provide structured updates on key initiatives. • Coordinate board materials and executive updates. • Represent CEO in meetings when appropriate.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or PMO leadership
- Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred.
- Strong project/program management skills translating priorities into execution
- Ability to operate across multiple functions simultaneously and manage multiple work streams at once
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, measurable paths.
- Analytical thinking and comfort breaking down ambiguous problems and forming independent perspectives
- Executive presence and communication skills with the ability to align, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Healthcare or managed care experience preferred
- Experience working with senior leadership teams

Role Description Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Program Manager – ERP Deployment to support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions across Global Supply Chain (GSC) manufacturing plants. This role is responsible for managing ERP deployment projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of standardized business processes across manufacturing sites. The Program Manager will work closely with GSC stakeholders, plant teams, and Schneider Digital to deliver deployments in alignment with global program objectives, operational requirements, and business priorities. - Manage and coordinate SAP S/4HANA deployment projects for GSC manufacturing plants. - Support the adoption of standardized processes across Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Warehousing (EWM), and Quality (QM). - Coordinate deployment activities across all project phases, including build, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. - Ensure plant readiness through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with operational requirements. - Facilitate collaboration between GSC, Schneider Digital, deployment teams, and plant stakeholders. - Monitor project scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. - Support integration activities with shopfloor systems (MES) and other connected applications. - Identify and escalate project risks and issues, proposing mitigation plans to minimize business impact. - Coordinate go-live preparation and stabilization activities to ensure a smooth transition to operations. - Contribute to change management, communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.
