Program Manager

THE EMPLOYEE CONNECT

• Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers and manage all aspects of program delivery • Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance baselines • Lead integrated project teams including subcontractors, functional leads, and staff across multiple locations • Ensure compliance with contract terms, FAR/DFAR regulations, and applicable government standards • Prepare and present program status reports, EVM data, and executive briefings to government and corporate leadership • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and drive resolution of issues affecting cost, schedule, or performance • Support business development activities including proposals, re-competes, and contract modifications

Job Requirements

  • Active security clearance required (Secret minimum; TS preferred)
  • US citizenship required
  • 5+ years of federal program or project management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and government contract lifecycle management
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management credential
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets of $5M+ and cross-functional teams

Role Description Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Program Manager – ERP Deployment to support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions across Global Supply Chain (GSC) manufacturing plants. This role is responsible for managing ERP deployment projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of standardized business processes across manufacturing sites.
