Implementation Analyst
The Standard
• Gather and confirm sold‑case information from sales, producers, and customers • Submit accurate group data to Policyholder Services and partner through the scrub process • Lead customers through contract review, billing setup, and use of service tools like AdminEase • Install new groups and transition them to the assigned Account Specialist • Bring customer insights to continuous improvement efforts and collaborate on process enhancements
Job Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 3+ years of group insurance experience, including employee benefits and direct customer interaction
- Experience in project management, benefits administration, case management, customer service, or sales
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and manage complex on‑boarding activities
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Background collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a process‑driven environment
- Familiarity with contract setup, billing processes, or Policyholder Services operations
