Technical Recruiter – Commission-Based

• Source and identify highly qualified candidates for NATO, defence, cybersecurity, engineering, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, and software development roles. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across NATO member countries. • Conduct candidate screening interviews to evaluate technical background, motivation, and suitability. • Verify candidate eligibility, nationality requirements, security clearance status, and availability for NATO projects. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to successfully fulfill client requirements. • Proactively build talent pools for future opportunities. • Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in the ATS.
Job Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Confidence in approaching passive candidates and building long-term relationships.
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- A proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
- Fluent English (C1 or above).

Role Description We are seeking an experienced contract recruiter to join our Technical Recruiting Team. As a Recruiter on our team, this person will act as a strategic talent advisor to various engineering orgs, leading full-cycle recruitment from first outreach to close. - Lead searches for technical roles across various engineering groups - Host candidates through the interview lifecycle, ensuring they have an exceptional candidate experience - Research and map the market to uncover top technical talent - Develop relationships and maintain contact with top talent for both current and future opportunities at Airbnb - Utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency and drive innovation - Leverage data to build reports on hiring progress and outcomes - Become a trusted talent advisor for Airbnb’s Technical Leadership Teams Qualifications - 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, particularly recruiting senior level hires - Experience with Greenhouse (ATS), Gem, and/or Airtable - Proven track record of building trust and credibility with senior executives - Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels - Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment - Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances - Resilient and resourceful (thrive in ambiguity) Requirements - This position is US - Remote Eligible.
