Role Description We Are Hiring Location: Remote with 25% travel Department/Specialty: Strategic Integration Schedule: Full time, Days Salary Range: $87,463.20-$121,918.37 per year #LI-Remote - Development, Implementation and Measurement: Design and manage end-to-end program plans, timelines, and deliverables, collaborating with senior stakeholders to define scope and implement objectives across focus areas such as Channeling Demand, Scope & Enhance Supply, Capacity, Access Intelligence, New Access Models, and Pricing & Financing and the care continuum including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Imaging, and Specialty Care, while measuring outcomes for growth and retention. - Strategic Alignment and Coordination: Partner with executives to translate strategic initiatives into cohesive plans, serving as the primary liaison and bridge between clinical operations, marketing, digital teams, and leadership to drive enterprise growth and support network retention goals. - Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project performance and mitigate risks across operational phases, while leveraging standardized frameworks to provide regular, data-driven updates to stakeholders. - Relationship Building: Foster a collaborative, high-trust environment by building strong executive partnerships, providing exceptional support, and actively mentoring and coaching team members. - Deliverable Creation: Research, develop, and present high-level executive deliverables, such as strategy roadmaps and capability matrices, while identifying creative solutions to improve process effectiveness. Qualifications - High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. - Bachelors degree (additional preference). • Partner with business stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance) to draft and document technical requirements (PRDs & Story Points) for new initiatives. • Support the execution of tactical projects by tracking tasks, managing immediate blockers, and providing regular status updates to ensure timely delivery. • Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment on system improvements and items on the operational roadmap. • Provide ongoing tactical support and maintenance for Salesforce, including user management, end-user support, and routine configuration updates. • Assist with implementing system enhancements and support user-focused troubleshooting. • Identify opportunities to leverage existing application capabilities to increase utilization and productivity.

• Architect and build the systems that encode how GCS operates • Build AI workflows using the Anthropic Claude API • Partner with CXO to design decision frameworks that determine system autonomy • Extend GCS's observability and analytics foundation • Operate within CXO's vetting-and-graduation governance model • Instrument everything built to tie technical performance to GCS outcomes • Translate complex system behavior into plain language

• Manage platform integrations with utility clients and vendors, ensuring on-time delivery of a portfolio of integration projects • Champion the value of EnergyHub’s platform APIs and integrations by conveying key use cases, benefits, and the overall integration process • Provision access to API docs, sandbox environments, testing procedures to ensure full understanding of the integration process • Develop repeatable playbooks for integrations of platform systems • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that clients/partners understand the critical path and are kept on track • Ensure successful integrations and launches by coordinating with external cross-functional counterparts
