• Support the ongoing development of the buy-side (Brand, Client) and sell-side (Partnerships) Customer Success teams • Ensure CS teams have the specific content and tools required to support conversations during Renewal, Value Confirmation Processes and Expansion Opportunities. • Work with CS Leadership to ensure CS teams have the appropriate industry, product, sales knowledge and skills to succeed in a variety of client-facing conversations. • Partner with Product Marketing to develop specific learning paths tailored to unique technical and commercial needs of the CS team for major product releases. • Design an enablement programming calendar aligned to the needs of the CS teams, with reinforcement mechanisms designed to be executed by CS Leaders. • Collaborate with the Client Training team to support the onboarding of new CS hires, as necessary • Track KPIs and ROI of enablement initiatives to identify training needs, skill gaps, and process gaps • Monitor performance tracking metrics for CS roles and identify when enablement intervention can support performance goals.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and build advanced statistical models to extract insights from large viewing and demographic datasets. • Develop, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models to solve a variety of measurement problems. • Work with our Engineering teams to design and implement efficient data pipelines to collect, process, and transform data from various sources. • Stay up-to-date with the latest data science techniques, tools, and technologies, and explore novel approaches to solve complex challenges.
• Partner with the account team to professionally handle incoming customer requests • Manage high volume of incoming requests, communicate and prioritize independently • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client deliverables • Extract data insights from the iSpot/Ace platform
• Process massive streams of media metadata in a high-scale AWS environment. • Deliver high-quality features that power industry-leading measurement and attribution products. • Independently own and deliver features, writing high-quality code that includes monitoring, metrics, and logging as standard practice. • Author and own the testing plan for features, performing various test types and identifying patterns in test results. • Actively participate in code reviews to ensure a healthy and maintainable codebase. • Use AI tools to improve task speed and quality, critically evaluate AI-generated output, and identify enhancements in work assignments. • Participate in the on-call rotation and contribute to defining on-call expectations.
• Collaborate with client and prospect teams to articulate and layout value propositions • Translate complex concepts into simple terms for audiences • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers • Develop data-driven solutions and insights • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on iSpot product capabilities • Ensure timely delivery of analysis that drives critical client KPIs • Facilitate adoption of new product offerings

• Lead the development of high-scale Ad Platform infrastructure. • Own the end-to-end data lifecycle. • Define and enforce software quality standards. • Ensure unit, integration, and regression testing are embedded in the CI/CD pipeline. • Translate long-term platform strategy into actionable sprints. • Coach and mentor a team of engineers.
