Role Description We Are Hiring Location: Remote with 25% travel Department/Specialty: Strategic Integration Schedule: Full time, Days Salary Range: $87,463.20-$121,918.37 per year #LI-Remote - Development, Implementation and Measurement: Design and manage end-to-end program plans, timelines, and deliverables, collaborating with senior stakeholders to define scope and implement objectives across focus areas such as Channeling Demand, Scope & Enhance Supply, Capacity, Access Intelligence, New Access Models, and Pricing & Financing and the care continuum including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Imaging, and Specialty Care, while measuring outcomes for growth and retention. - Strategic Alignment and Coordination: Partner with executives to translate strategic initiatives into cohesive plans, serving as the primary liaison and bridge between clinical operations, marketing, digital teams, and leadership to drive enterprise growth and support network retention goals. - Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project performance and mitigate risks across operational phases, while leveraging standardized frameworks to provide regular, data-driven updates to stakeholders. - Relationship Building: Foster a collaborative, high-trust environment by building strong executive partnerships, providing exceptional support, and actively mentoring and coaching team members. - Deliverable Creation: Research, develop, and present high-level executive deliverables, such as strategy roadmaps and capability matrices, while identifying creative solutions to improve process effectiveness. Qualifications - High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. - Bachelors degree (additional preference). Title: Medicaid Program Specialist I (Certification Reviewer, PCN 062351) Location: Anchorage, AK United States Job Description: Salary $31.54 Hourly Job Type Full Time As the Medicaid Program Specialist I, Certification Reviewer, you will play a key role in the certification process for current and prospective Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) providers. As a member of the Provider Certification and Compliance Unit, you will be primarily responsible for reviewing and evaluating applications in accordance with applicable standards for HCBS providers (waiver and personal care services) who apply to obtain or maintain certification to participate in Medicaid. You will review and analyze provider documentation and issue determinations on certification applications, track and trend issues with providers, and make recommendations for quality improvement activities. In addition, you will serve in a vital technical assistance role for providers as well as process changes in provider statuses during certification periods. Collaboration with appropriate partner agencies and referrals for inappropriate service provisions and/or non-compliance are also included in the duties of this position. Some Travel may be required in this postion.
