Sr SQL MSBI Developer

Role Description Client is looking for a heavy back-end developer with good experience in SSIS, Stored Procedures using SQL. - Strong experience with SQL Server and writing/optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures. - Experience on EDI 83X formats (EDI 834 is required). - Knowledge and hands-on experience of SSIS and SSRS (would be a great plus). - Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle - Agile. - Proven track record in delivering high-quality Database backend projects within tight deadlines. - Excellent Analytical skills and resourcefulness. - Excellent communication skills. - Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Hands-on experience in Database finetuning, and resolution of performance bottlenecks (using Profilers and similar tool suite). - Working experience with data migration/integration (within the healthcare field, particularly dental health benefits administration; Dental claims experience is a plus). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results with quick turnaround times. - HIPAA, PHI, PII and Information security awareness. - Working experience on US Healthcare medical insurance segment, Medicaid dental/vision benefits piece. Qualifications - Experience with SQL Server and writing/optimizing SQL queries. - Hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS. - Understanding of Agile Software Development Life Cycle. - Experience in Database finetuning and performance bottlenecks resolution. - Knowledge of EDI 834 formats. Requirements - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. - Experience in data migration/integration in the healthcare field. - Awareness of HIPAA, PHI, PII, and Information security.
