Mid-level BI Analyst

• Map business needs and propose/structure datamarts according to best practices; • Map company processes and propose/build dashboards and business KPIs/indicators; • Responsible for building dashboards using tools such as Data Studio, Power BI and similar platforms; • Conduct keyword research and analysis aligned with client strategies (SEO); • Map event tagging (dataLayer) and implement events in Google Tag Manager (GTM); • Monitor/analyze Google Search Console; • Configure and manage Google Analytics; • Create and monitor e-commerce performance — Google PageSpeed Insights; • Propose improvements and optimize dashboards across devices (desktop, mobile and tablet); • Work closely with other team members to meet client objectives; • Participate in developing policies and processes for data collection and analysis; • Deliver training on dashboard usage and BI tools for internal and external clients; • Assist in creating and maintaining unified data repositories (Data Lake, Data Warehouse and similar), in BI architecture projects and advanced data extraction and processing workflows, and in projects based on predictive analytics, big data, customer cross-referencing and general statistical analyses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Data Analytics (Analysis Strategy);
- Experience with BI tools and their languages (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio and similar);
- Strong skills with data, development and implementation of KPIs;
- Full Google stack (GTM, GSC, GA4, Google PageSpeed Insights, etc.);
- Experience with database tools (SQL, Oracle and similar);
- Knowledge of data storage architectures (On-Premises, Cloud);
- Knowledge of implementing automated processes.
- Previous experience with e-commerce;
- Advanced or fluent English
