Job Description

Manager, Consignment Retail Operations

World Kinect

• Lead day‑to‑day operational oversight of assigned consignment retail sites. • Conduct site walks, assessments, and condition evaluations, including structural, fuel‑system, and environmental risk identification. • Verify site readiness and ensure locations meet all codes before turnover. • Manage construction, refurbishment, and repair activities in partnership with contractors. • Review vendor scopes, quotes, and project plans; ensure quality execution. • Maintain working knowledge of UST systems, dispensers, piping, emergency stops, and fuel‑system compliance requirements. • Train operators on fuel-system handling and environmental protocols. • Manage and track CapEx and OpEx budgets related to site restoration and operational readiness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong operational leadership experience in fuel, retail, convenience store, cardlock, or real‑estate–based site operations.
  • Working knowledge of construction or general contracting concepts.
  • Experience with vendor management and multi‑trade coordination.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and work within contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, and additional regions.
