• Independently advise and support business units in the introduction of efficient working methods and optimized administrative processes • Develop and implement standards within departments to ensure effective task execution • Conduct analyses across departments and multiple teams as a basis for continuous improvement • Coach employees and leaders in Lean working methods • Deliver training on Lean administration and onboard new colleagues to the Lean team • Support the implementation of a corporate culture that pursues continuous improvement and embraces Lean principles
• Manage the financial and commercial performance of the After Sales business, ensuring revenue and business continuity • Act as the main After Sales account manager and primary customer relationship owner • Handle commercial negotiations after Taking Over (claims, deductions, payments) • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure effective handling of complaints • Track market trends, regulations, and competitor activity • Contribute to the development and promotion of After Sales products • Manage contracts, quotations, and commercial decision‑making with customers • Maintain regular customer contact and coordinate with the service organization for alignment • Advise customers on After Sales solutions and promote additional products and services • Monitor compliance with commercial contractual obligations • Support decision‑making within major component replacement processes • Report market insights, customer needs, and competitor developments
• Supervise MV real-time operations • Monitor and validate technicians' work on transformers, circuit breakers and MV switchgear. • Act as a technical point of reference for field teams (maintenance and installation). • Maintain the database of MV interventions and produce regular status reports (outages, alerts, trends). • Review, recommend and draft work procedures and TSIs (Technical Safety Instructions) related to MV. • Verify regulatory compliance and safety (lock-out/tag-out, electrical standards). • Analyze incidents and failures to identify root causes and propose corrective actions. • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing processes and reducing downtime. • Present complex technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing. • Lead or contribute to training sessions or workshops for teams and management. • Collaborate with project and engineering departments to incorporate field feedback into system updates. • Monitor regulatory and technological developments in MV.
• Development of control functions for wind turbines aiming to optimize mechanical loads and energy yield • Identification and project management of promising control system development initiatives • Integration of control algorithms into the turbine control system including programming tasks • Close collaboration with various engineering departments and relevant certification bodies • Evaluation of the turbine control performance across the fleet • Development of internal software tools
• Govern and steer strategic initiatives within the business unit and ensure alignment with corporate objectives, and prepare and present strategic updates and recommendations to the executive board and senior management • Develop country-specific strategies to drive revenue growth and monitor measurable impact • Lead go-to-market activities to identify new business opportunities • Shape product and portfolio management according to market requirements and optimize the supply chain to increase regional competitiveness and cost efficiency • Define operational excellence and track operational milestones and KPIs (on-time, on-cost, on-quality)
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives within the Business Unit and prepare analyses and presentations for senior management and board meetings • Develop and implement market strategies, including entry and expansion plans, as well as leading go-to-market initiatives and identify new business opportunities through scouting and business development • Research and identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in close alignment with market requirements and support supply chain optimization to enhance regional competitiveness and cost efficiency • Monitor KPIs and operational milestones to ensure efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness and support alignment of regional organizational structures with market strategy to enable scalable growth • Participate in customer events and support ENERCON’s representation in external engagements
