Inside Sales Representative – HVAC

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective and existing customers • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, courteous communication • Present product offerings to customers, highlighting key benefits and value propositions • Process customer orders, quotes, and proposals accurately and efficiently • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs • Maintain detailed, organized records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions are documented • Coordinate with internal departments, including order fulfillment, technical support, and management, to ensure customer satisfaction • Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner to maximize conversion rates • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth • Prepare sales reports and provide insights on customer activity and sales pipeline status

Job Requirements

  • Currently studying for an Engineering degree (preferred)
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a role involving direct customer contact
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and performance targets
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns
  • Familiarity with sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks
  • Availability to participate in ongoing training and professional development
