Manager, MarComm – Program, MarTech

• Design and launch a sustainable, advisor-enabled WIA Wealth Marketing Program — one built for scalability from day one, with resources advisors can activate themselves. • Serve as the primary administrator and strategic operator of the WIA MarTech stack, including: Seismic, HubSpot, Yext, Asana, FMG Suite. • Build a comprehensive content asset database — a master tracking system covering all WIA marketing materials across audiences. • Support the VP in managing the WIA MarCom department budget — own the tracking layer, including line-item monitoring, recurring vendor charges, and budget-vs.-actual reporting. • Own the department’s project management infrastructure: build, maintain, and optimize team workflows, project templates, and intake processes. • Partner closely with the Product Marketer on campaign workflow management and metrics tracking for department metrics.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, a hybrid marketing consultant / project or program management role
  • Deep experience with project management tools: MS Planner, Asana, or Wrike
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, including sales enablement tools (Seismic a strong plus), marketing automation (HubSpot), and advisor marketing platforms (FMG Suite a plus)
  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to design scalable processes and infrastructure from scratch
  • Demonstrated ability to build programs, documentation, and workflows in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Experience with advisor marketing, financial services marketing, or wealth management marketing strongly preferred
  • Comfort operating in a “build mode” with clarity but not always certainty and not just managing existing systems, but creating them
  • Budget tracking experience; comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for financial management and reporting
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills: able to manage up, laterally, and across business lines.

As an Agile Program Manager for Managed Services, you will own a portfolio of strategic and operational improvement initiatives delivered by our team of ITSM Administrators and Application Developers.
