Government Contracting Pricing Analyst

• Prepare and review complex cost/price proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or other solicitations, ensuring alignment with FAR/DFAR requirements and company policies • Lead pricing efforts for competitive proposals, identify price targets, perform risk/reward trade-off analyses, and develop pricing tactics. • Ensure all pricing submissions comply with federal regulations, contract types (e.g., FFP, T&M, CPFF, FP-LOE, FP-LH, CPAF), and internal policies. • Perform cost/price modeling, estimates, and analyses for complex contracts, including internal and customer submittal files. • Assist in contract administration, rate analysis, and profitability reporting by product/service and customer. • Work with cross-functional teams (capture, finance, legal, technical) to interpret solicitation requirements, identify risks, and develop competitive solutions. • Review of the cost/price proposals of others to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of government contracting experience, preferably in CPFF or other cost-reimbursable environments.
- Understanding of federal contracting procedures, FAR/DFAR, cost accounting, allocation, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, proposal software, and familiarity with government contracting systems.

• Develop and apply financial models to assess contract structures, rebate strategies, gross-to-net (GTN) management, average sales price (ASP) impact, and access trade-offs while supporting gross-to-net forecasting across both provider and payer segments • Lead the Latest Estimate Discount Rate (LEDR ) modeling process by developing discount rate assumptions, evaluating pricing and contracting scenarios, impact on ASP and GTN, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders on contracting decisions and long-range planning • Partner closely with the Coverage Lead to develop and execute contracting strategies across payer and provider segments • Collaborate with Finance to incorporate contracting and pricing strategy insights into Quarterly Business Reviews, Long-Range Scenario (LRS) planning and other forecasting exercises • Partner with Market Access, Site of Infusion Account Management, Finance, Legal, Government Pricing, and Commercial teams to align contracting strategies with business objectives and compliance requirements • Support future launches through competitive scenario planning and financial analyses • Routinely interact with senior leadership and other high-level, cross functional committees or teams
