Contracts Data Analyst

Red River Technology

• Deliver accurate, high-quality, and compliant contract reporting in accordance with contractual requirements and internal standards, ensuring all reports are submitted on time. • Partner closely with Program Managers to understand reporting obligations for each new contract, including data elements, formats, frequency, and compliance considerations. • Develop and implement reporting solutions for new contracts by leveraging existing data sources whenever possible; collaborate with Business Operations and technical teams when system enhancements or new data integrations are required. • Maintain and continuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the contract portfolio. • Document and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each contract report to ensure repeatability, audit readiness, and knowledge continuity. • Proactively identify, investigate, and communicate data gaps, data integrity concerns, and process risks; partner with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and long-term improvements. • Provide ad hoc reporting support and perform other related business duties as assigned to meet evolving program and organizational needs.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with reporting for Federal or State and Local Contracts
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Tableau Certification preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
  • Self-motivated with the ability to proactively assist their team(s)
  • Ability to maintain accuracy under a heavy workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work well on a team
  • Working knowledge of Tableau and Microsoft Office

Springboard is looking to hire an engaging Live Instructor with prior experience teaching aspiring Sterile Processing Technicians (CSPTs) preparing for the CRCST exam, and who is able to serve as a founding instructional partner and subject matter expert, helping to shape session structure, pacing, and exam-readiness strategy for a first-time program launch. - Facilitate 60-minute, large-group “review sessions” (20-30 students per session) aligned to key curriculum & CRCST focus areas over a 14-week period. - Each lecture will be held 2x weekly to accommodate time zones. - Lead engaging, motivational sessions that help build student confidence in material. - Prepare independently for live sessions (up to 3 additional hours per week). - Work with Springboard’s learning team to develop and modify all session agendas and lecture decks. - Develop gamified approaches using tools like Kahoot and others. - Offer 2 live session slots per week, to accommodate different time zones. - Perform tool demonstrations as needed. - Support CRCST exam prep by holding exam review sessions towards the end of the course. - Respond to student questions about course material over email as needed. - Other needs as they arise.
