Role Description Springboard is launching an online course for aspiring Sterile Processing Technicians who have no prior experience in healthcare. Springboard is looking to hire an engaging Live Instructor with prior experience teaching aspiring Sterile Processing Technicians (CSPTs) preparing for the CRCST exam, and who is able to serve as a founding instructional partner and subject matter expert, helping to shape session structure, pacing, and exam-readiness strategy for a first-time program launch. - Facilitate 60-minute, large-group “review sessions” (20-30 students per session) aligned to key curriculum & CRCST focus areas over a 14-week period. - Each lecture will be held 2x weekly to accommodate time zones. - Lead engaging, motivational sessions that help build student confidence in material. - Prepare independently for live sessions (up to 3 additional hours per week). - Work with Springboard’s learning team to develop and modify all session agendas and lecture decks. - Develop gamified approaches using tools like Kahoot and others. - Offer 2 live session slots per week, to accommodate different time zones. - Perform tool demonstrations as needed. - Support CRCST exam prep by holding exam review sessions towards the end of the course. - Respond to student questions about course material over email as needed. - Other needs as they arise.
