• Prospect into assigned accounts and territories through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted campaigns to generate qualified pipeline. • Engage prospective customers, identify business needs and challenges, and conduct discovery conversations to assess solution fit. • Convert leads into qualified meetings, demos, and sales opportunities through consistent follow-up and relationship building. • Own and manage a defined territory, prioritizing accounts and maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce. • Track performance against key metrics and continuously refine your outreach strategy to improve results. • Partner closely with Account Executives to advance opportunities and ensure a smooth handoff process. • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve messaging, targeting, and overall go-to-market effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or similar outbound sales role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environment.
- Proven success generating pipeline and achieving activity or opportunity targets.
- Strong prospecting, discovery, and customer engagement skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
