Role Description As Business Development Director, you'll build meaningful partnerships with colleges, universities, and other mission-driven organizations. You'll begin with an established list of strategic prospects while also generating opportunities through conferences, referrals, and your professional network. Success in this role isn't measured by one-time transactions. It's about transforming an initial search engagement into long-term institutional partnerships spanning departments, campuses, and years. Working closely with our recruiting and strategy teams, you'll serve as a trusted advisor who understands client priorities, anticipates hiring needs, and helps organizations solve talent challenges before they become urgent. Qualifications - Experience working in higher education or selling professional services into higher education is required. - Understanding of how colleges and universities make decisions, build consensus, and establish long-term partnerships. - Proven success in business development, strategic account management, relationship management, executive search, consulting, or another relationship-driven professional services environment. - Exceptional communication skills; a true "super communicator" who builds trust quickly and creates authentic relationships. - Experience engaging and influencing executive-level leaders. - Strong emotional intelligence, curiosity, and active listening skills. - Ability to identify opportunities, think strategically, and develop long-term client relationships. - Comfortable networking, attending conferences, and initiating conversations with new contacts. - Experience managing a sales or relationship pipeline using CRM software (HubSpot preferred). - Reside in Texas or Florida with the ability to travel approximately 20%. Benefits - $85,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. - Successful Business Development Directors can likely expect first-year on-target earnings (OTE) of $120,000–$140,000. - Second-year OTE typically reaching $135,000–$160,000+ as client relationships mature. - No cap on commission earnings, providing significant upside for high performers.

Another Source is recruiting a Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position, with residency required in one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Ohio. The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 DOE.
