The Sales Engineer (SE) serves as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer buying journey, partnering closely with Account Executives to guide prospects from discovery through evaluation and close. This customer-facing role helps organizations understand how Xurrent’s ITSM and ITOM solutions solve operational challenges and deliver measurable business value through tailored demonstrations, technical validation, and proof-of-value engagements. The SE collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Technical teams to deliver compelling customer experiences and drive successful business outcomes. Responsibilities - Develop and demonstrate subject matter expertise across the Xurrent, StatusCast, and Zenduty platforms and related ITSM/ITOM solutions. - Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements aligned to each prospect’s business goals, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria. - Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to support technical discovery, solution alignment, and deal progression. - Lead technical discovery conversations to understand customer workflows, pain points, and operational goals, translating business challenges into solution-driven outcomes using Xurrent products. - Own the preparation, customization, and delivery of compelling software demonstrations that align with prospective customer requirements and use cases. - Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and confidently address technical and business objections during the sales process. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Integration Architects, Service Management Architects, Product Management, Development, and Customer Success teams to develop and maintain high-quality presales assets and solution messaging. - Ensure presales collateral and technical messaging accurately position Xurrent solutions to address customer challenges and business outcomes. - Participate in RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes by developing technical responses that clearly communicate customer value and solution fit. - Identify opportunities to deliver measurable business outcomes and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Support Sales organization objectives and contribute toward individual and team revenue goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and key stakeholders. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity, technical evaluation, and customer interaction details within CRM systems. - Manage and maintain demo environments, including software upgrades, configurations, integrations, and new feature enablement. - Provide actionable customer and market feedback to Product Management to help shape future product enhancements. - Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation by partnering closely with Customer Success and delivery teams. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. - Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Technical proficiency in cloud architecture and SaaS platforms. - Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - High attention to detail and strong collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with ITSM, ESM, or ITOM platforms. - Familiarity with Incident Management processes and ITIL frameworks. - Experience with iPaaS platforms and building API-based integrations/connectors between enterprise systems. - Exposure to enterprise software evaluations, technical sales cycles, or presales consulting. - Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and cloud-native architectures. Compensation - Competitive compensation package including a base salary of $98,000–$123,000 plus commission earnings of $22,000–$27,000, for total on-target earnings (OTE) of $120,000-$150,000. Role Description Climavision is looking for a meteorologist to work alongside our existing meteorologists and atmospheric scientists, delivering real-time, client-facing weather intelligence and forecasting in support of our energy, commodities, and weather-sensitive customer base. As a Meteorologist on the Meteorology Solutions Team, you'll monitor evolving weather patterns, produce timely forecasts and briefings, and serve as a trusted weather advisor to clients and internal teams alike.
