Role Description Client is looking for a heavy back-end developer with good experience in SSIS, Stored Procedures using SQL. - Strong experience with SQL Server and writing/optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures. - Experience on EDI 83X formats (EDI 834 is required). - Knowledge and hands-on experience of SSIS and SSRS (would be a great plus). - Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle - Agile. - Proven track record in delivering high-quality Database backend projects within tight deadlines. - Excellent Analytical skills and resourcefulness. - Excellent communication skills. - Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Hands-on experience in Database finetuning, and resolution of performance bottlenecks (using Profilers and similar tool suite). - Working experience with data migration/integration (within the healthcare field, particularly dental health benefits administration; Dental claims experience is a plus). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results with quick turnaround times. - HIPAA, PHI, PII and Information security awareness. - Working experience on US Healthcare medical insurance segment, Medicaid dental/vision benefits piece. • Continuously monitor the capacity of the Microsoft Fabric environment, tracking consumption and performance metrics to prevent bottlenecks, degradations, and throttling. • Investigate performance issues in reports, semantic models, and analytical processes, performing troubleshooting and identifying root cause. • Perform optimizations on data models, queries, and DAX expressions to ensure greater efficiency and an improved user experience. • Manage platform administration and governance, including: organizing Workspaces; access and security management (RLS/OLS); version control with Git; deployment pipelines; and artifact lifecycle governance. • Work consultatively with business stakeholders and development teams, promoting best practices for Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. • Support architectural decisions involving Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Direct Lake, and semantic models. • Proactively monitor logs, metrics, and platform usage to anticipate incidents before they impact production. • Support legacy analytical solutions in on-premises environments, ensuring stability and operational continuity of existing integrations and models using SSIS and SSAS.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms. • Develop reports that provide real-time visibility into project performance, operational metrics, financial data, and implementation progress. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboard functionality. • Create SQL queries, data models, and reporting datasets supporting enterprise reporting initiatives. • Ensure dashboard accuracy by validating data sources, business rules, and reporting calculations. • Optimize dashboard performance and usability to improve the end-user experience. • Partner with the Data / Reporting Architect to implement enterprise reporting standards and best practices. • Develop technical documentation, user guides, and reporting specifications supporting dashboard maintenance. • Support executive briefings by developing visual reporting products and presentation materials. • Recommend continuous improvements that enhance reporting automation, data visualization, and business intelligence capabilities.

• Map business needs and propose/structure datamarts according to best practices; • Map company processes and propose/build dashboards and business KPIs/indicators; • Responsible for building dashboards using tools such as Data Studio, Power BI and similar platforms; • Conduct keyword research and analysis aligned with client strategies (SEO); • Map event tagging (dataLayer) and implement events in Google Tag Manager (GTM); • Monitor/analyze Google Search Console; • Configure and manage Google Analytics; • Create and monitor e-commerce performance — Google PageSpeed Insights; • Propose improvements and optimize dashboards across devices (desktop, mobile and tablet); • Work closely with other team members to meet client objectives; • Participate in developing policies and processes for data collection and analysis; • Deliver training on dashboard usage and BI tools for internal and external clients; • Assist in creating and maintaining unified data repositories (Data Lake, Data Warehouse and similar), in BI architecture projects and advanced data extraction and processing workflows, and in projects based on predictive analytics, big data, customer cross-referencing and general statistical analyses.
