Partnerships and Business Development Associate
SPREEAI
• Own prospect research, contact sourcing, and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) list building for target brands and retailers • Execute high-volume daily outreach using tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Write and iterate on outbound messaging sequences that book pitch calls and drive sign-ups • Support demo scheduling and maintain clean CRM hygiene so no opportunity falls through the cracks • Report regularly on outreach metrics: open rates, response rates, meetings booked, and conversions • Serve as a first point of contact for inbound partner questions and account verification requests • Maintain accurate, up-to-date partner account records • Support partner communications and follow-up to keep relationships moving forward • Help ensure inbound partners are verified and onboarded quickly and correctly • Keep CRM data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting current and accurate • Assist with Apollo list-building and outreach operations • Support revenue and pipeline reporting for leadership reviews • Create and maintain partner demo collections, including garment uploads and image generation support • Run QA testing, voting, and validation on demo assets before they go live • Coordinate with engineering and applied ML teams to flag and resolve quality issues • Maintain a clean, current demo collection tracker • Own a partner initiative end-to-end, from sourcing and pitching to negotiation, onboarding, and activation • Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to bring partnership activations to life • Build co-marketing assets and help tell the story of new partnerships internally and externally • Support broader workback calendars and cross-functional coordination so nothing falls through the cracks • Support event strategy, logistics, and on-site execution for conferences and industry events • Assist with on-site lead capture, conversation tracking, and post-event CRM follow-up • Help produce event recap notes and ROI reporting for leadership
Job Requirements
- A recent graduate (or 0 to 2 years of experience) in business, fashion, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Genuinely excited about the intersection of AI and fashion
- A self-starter who spots gaps and fills them without being asked
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast in a startup environment
- A strong communicator who can write a crisp outreach email and hold their own in a partner meeting
- A highly responsive, proactive communicator, since this is a remote-first role, we lean heavily on clear, timely written and verbal communication over Slack, email, and video calls to keep partners and the team aligned; being easy to reach and quick to respond is essential
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when juggling multiple workstreams at once
- Bonus: prior experience with Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/outreach tools
- Bonus: existing relationships in the fashion, retail, or tech industry
- Bonus: fluency in a second language (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.)
