• provides data analytical and visualization support to assist in the management of initiatives and projects • collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze, extrapolate, interpret, and organize data sets to issue reports, dashboards, and presentations • issues operational and tactical reports to track performance to plan (timeline and budget) and to provide visibility to potential issues • develops innovative, value-added methods to measure key performance indicators and metrics used to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved • plays a lead role in the development and improvement of the project’s performance scorecard while streamlining the visualization of recurring metrics • supports a database optimization project supporting stock build requirements • supports a database optimization project supporting trade dress cut-over requirements • prepares and presents reports for and to key leaders throughout the organization • performs and assists with additional duties as directed by the Project Lead/Team Leader
Job Requirements
- must be enrolled in a master’s program at an accredited college or university, studying Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- a minimum 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
- must possess advanced computer skills, MS Office, Power BI/Tableau, Data Analytics platforms
- knowledge of Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain competencies
- strong verbal and written communication including presentation skills
- able to work in diverse multi-level, cross-divisional and multi-cultural working environment
- excellent organization skills, takes initiative and is proactive and persistent
- proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
