Job Requirements
- Solid technical background with a strong understanding of software architecture and architectural patterns
- Proven experience in delivery management within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or scaled Agile frameworks)
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in all its phases — from planning and development to QA, release, and production
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional, multi-team workstreams across distributed geographies
- Strong stakeholder management skills — ability to negotiate scope with product owners and business stakeholders while respecting technical constraints
- Experience supporting and coaching squad leads or engineering team leads to maintain high standards of competence and delivery quality
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) — mandatory; this is the primary working language across all global teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Must be based in Europe (EU or European timezone required)

Role Description As an Operations Manager, you’ll be working closely with our Ongoing monitoring (first line of defence) team, in order to deliver a responsive, efficient and reliable service to ensure we continue to scale at a rapid pace and meet our regulatory requirements.
