Payment Processing Manager

• Monitor payment performance across products on a daily basis: AR, Decline Rate, Fraud Rate, and Chargeback Rate — spotting anomalies and reacting fast • Manage the payment orchestrator: connect new integrations in sandbox and production, and support QA during billing testing and integration • Build and manage smart routing logic with card scheme rules (Chargeback & Fraud thresholds) and 3ds logic in mind • Integrate and configure Apple Pay / Google Pay, directly or through the orchestrator • Collaborate with product dev teams and providers: set tasks for implementing new payment methods and provide ongoing support • Own the technical setup of alert tools (RDR, CDRN, Ethoca): onboard new MIDs into the alert service, configure and tune detection rules, and monitor rule performance • Work with MoR providers (CodaPay, Paddle, Lemon Squeeze, and others): understand their functionality and coordinate integration with dev and QA teams

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in payments, billing, or fraud/risk management
  • Hands-on experience with a payment orchestrator (YUNO, PayAdmit, Solidgate, Paymid, Centrobill, Corefy, Primer, or similar)
  • Experience building and managing smart routing / cascading logic
  • Solid understanding of card scheme rules and Chargeback & Fraud thresholds, and how to apply them in routing logic
  • Experience integrating Apple Pay / Google Pay, directly or via an orchestrator
  • Experience setting up and managing alerts (RDR, CDRN, Ethoca rules) in an alert tool
  • Experience working with MoR providers (CodaPay, Paddle, Lemon Squeeze, or similar)
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
  • Confident use of LLM tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to break down decline/error codes from PSPs, quickly summarize provider documentation, and draft technical tasks for dev teams

Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. - Implements, maintains, troubleshoots and resolves problems relating to specialty clinical platforms. - Achieves a high level of customer service and communication with clients and team. - Gains a working knowledge of the company's business drivers and determines opportunities/benefits for improvement of business performance by using information technologies. - Identifies and recommends technology opportunities for solving business problems. - Maintains a high level of understanding of the use of information technologies in healthcare in relation to physician practices, patient care, continuum of care, electronic medical records and clinical research. - Works with other IT staff to deploy company strategies in the field and resolve problems. - Participates in technology planning and development cycles. Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent. - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. - Minimum five (5) years experience implementing and/or supporting clinical platforms or practice operations. - Supervisory experience strongly preferred. - Electronic health records (EHR) experience required. - Athena Clinicals experience strongly preferred. - Outpatient Surgical and/or Urology experience strongly preferred. - Project leadership skills preferred.
