PromoMats and Commercial Platforms Solution Architect

• Lead solution architecture, design workshops, technical decision-making, and implementation governance. • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Veeva PromoMats and related Veeva Vault commercial and medical applications. • Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical and configuration designs. • Design and oversee PromoMats configuration, including document lifecycles, workflows, metadata, objects, security, reporting, and deployment. • Define and govern integrations among PromoMats, Salesforce CRM, digital channels, marketing platforms, identity systems, customer reference data, MDM, analytics platforms, and external agency solutions. • Prepare and maintain solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, configuration documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures. • Support promotional content migration, metadata mapping, reconciliation, and MLR process design. • Review implementation-partner deliverables and ensure technical decisions align with Cristcot standards and business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Veeva Vault commercial solutions.
  • At least one end-to-end Veeva PromoMats implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Vault configuration, document lifecycles, workflows, metadata, objects, security, reporting, and deployment.
  • Experience with PromoMats content migration and MLR process design.
  • Experience integrating Veeva Vault applications with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other life-sciences commercial organizations.
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes, including CRM, customer engagement, promotional review, customer data management, sales enablement, and commercial analytics.
  • Experience supporting pre-commercial or commercial launch activities.
  • Knowledge of FDA promotional requirements, system validation practices, and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working with external implementation partners and outsourced commercial organizations is preferred.
  • Experience with Veeva OpenData, MedComms, Publications, HCP/HCO reference data, MDM, and affiliation data is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, as needed.
